ADULT FAITH FORMATION

Our Lady of the Lake Parish aspires to foster a culture of hospitality and sense of community across the parish life by all age groups. Art & Environment

The goal of the Art and Environment ministry is to provide a prayerful worship space that is in keeping with the liturgical season and special feasts of the Church calendar: Advent, Christmas, Ordinary Time during winter, Lent, The Paschal Triduum, Easter, and Ordinary Time during summer and fall.

The ministry artfully involve flowers, fabrics, candles and other accents to add significance to the liturgical and enhance the worship environment.

WINGS -

Women in God's Spirit

WINGS is a women's Catholic faith enhancement group whose foundation is our Catholic faith, personal spiritual growth and developing a closer relationship with God. Women of all ages are invited for fellowship, catechesis, bible study and outreach.  Wings is taking a hiatus from meetings until the new Parish Center is completed. If you would like more information, please contact Geri Fucile at 503-697-8122.

WINGS Prayer Line Ministry

WINGS has a prayer line ministry which is open to everyone, (not just women). The power of prayer offered for those in need has brought about many miracles and given strength, peace and comfort to people in a time of crisis or need. It also brings many graces to those who pray.

Prayer Requests

To make a prayer request, call or e-mail the prayer line hosts: Angie Price at 503-635-1195, or Robin Hudson at 503-593-7735, or e-mail them at ourladypray4us@yahoo.com.

Anyone may request a prayer for themselves or someone else. To maintain the privacy of those we are praying for, we will not include the petitioner's full name unless it is requested. We can use a first name, or identify someone as, "man, woman, or child age __".

Join the Prayer Line

This ministry is open to anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You don't have to attend any meetings or even leave home. A blanket e-mail will be sent to all on our list. For those who wish to join the prayer line, but have no e-mail, a phone tree will be set up. Your only commitment is to check your e-mail or make one or two phone calls and PRAY for the people listed.
